One left turn onto 43rd Street and it dead-ends into IMG Academy, just three miles away. Hang a right on Cortez Road and you're at the beach instead. And you'll be in a real neighborhood, not a rental block full of frat boys. Full-time families, kids on bikes, friendly people who wave when you pull in.
